ANSI National Accreditation Board

The Keystone Quality Assurance Program is an ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) accredited third party inspection program that verifies building envelope product manufacturers who produce products as qualified for various Product Evaluation & Approval Programs, including Florida Product Approval, ATI-Code Compliance Research Reports (CCRR), and Dade County Building Code Compliance Office (BCCO) Notice of Acceptance (NOA).

Periodic inspection is performed at each Keystone-licensed manufacturing facility to verify qualified products are produced as specified in a documented quality management system that complies with program requirements.

The Keystone Quality Assurance Program is applicable to the following building envelope product categories:

  • Protective Shutters
  • Precast and Prestressed Concrete Products
  • Pre-engineered Air Conditioner Stands
  • Sandwich Wall & Roof Panels
  • Fasteners & Anchors
  • Siding & Soffit Products
  • Metal Joined Wood Trusses

Product PhotosKeystone Quality Assurance Program is officially recognized by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) for demonstrating compliance with the third-party quality assurance requirements of the Florida Product Approval Rule 9N-3 (formerly 9B-72). Manufacturers seeking Florida State Product Approval using licensure from a Florida-recognized quality assurance entity must also contract with a Florida-recognized test lab or evaluation entity, as well as a Florida-recognized validation entity.
